Who is Dr. B?

David Brottman MD (Dr. B) has worked in the healthcare industry for 30+ years as a board certified pediatrician. He created Civilian Medic to solve a problem he observed in his practice. Too many of his patients and family members did not know how to provide simple treatment in time for life threatening or time-sensitive emergencies.

He is an award-winning clinician, entrepreneur, innovator and medical school instructor. As a Pediatrician he is passionate about advancing the causes of children and is dedicated to helping the next generation of physicians to be successful. In addition to his transformative lectures and educational programs, he is a Distinguished Next Generation Personal Finance Educator and a licensed Stop the Bleed instructor. He acts as a mentor to aspiring healthcare students of all ages.
